Want to change email address-How hard can it be! - Guild Wars Forums

Hi,

I'm changing my email address and I currently log onto GW with my email address. When I went to change my details it told me to go to plaync.com so I did and came to the master account log in thing. I have no idea what my account name is. I read more on the website and it said if you've entered the in-game store then your account will be tied to a master account. I tried contacting PlayNC through the "Ask a Question" form I typed in my old email and then filled the rest. When I clicked submit it came up with a screen telling me to register a new account! Come on I just want to change my email address! How hard can it be?!

I may be wrong, but at this point in time I don't believe you can change your logon. What you can do is create an account on PlayNC and change the contact email address.
